To you

Here's a blogpost for you as the year closes. And since I've been really horrible to have spent Christmas away from home and now, new year not-so-far away from home, I thought I'd let you know you're in my thoughts and I really miss you!
The photos came just in time, so here's one that I really like,
To you, thank you for coming into my life and for choosing to stay. A year into one of the biggest change in my life, I'm filled with gratitude for the journey we've walked, the distance we've come and the things we've went through and overcame. I've never felt more loved than how I've felt over the past year with you, but people also say #life'sneverabedofroses, and it's true, because I've never felt more heartbroken than I've had over misunderstandings and arguments with you.. But I'm proud, not just of the good that has happened, but the difficult times, because it's all of it, the ups and the downs that has brought us to where we are now. (:
So thank you dear, for being my best friend, my family, my love. 2014 flew by, and as I look back, I'm the most thankful for the company of family and friends, and I'm most blessed to have yours. And I know that whatever 2015 brings, I will be able to go through, with you beside me. #whysocheesy #lastdayof2014canbecheesy
I love you (:
Korea 2014

The past six days in Korea have been eventful, eye opening and really really cold ⛄️ #saysthesingaporeanwholived24yearsofsummer
Travelled with Eunice who's definitely my best travel companion cause we understand each other's quirks and mood swings (mine, mostly) and no one looks out for me the way she does.. We complement each other in the way we function, and most of all whichever hotel or guesthouse we stayed at would always feel like home with the company of each other ☺️
In the past six days, we experienced realizing at the last minute we were waiting at the wrong gate for our transfer flight, receiving rude remarks from ahjummas on the train who thought we were Koreans (quite happy about that though), walking into a 贼店, major craving for fruits (and gongcha), dying from the cold wind blasting in our faces some 2619369km above ground, dying from the heating in the 4 hour bus ride and the heat packs in our jackets, getting tricked by semi drunk but friendly locals to eat food that contained pig's blood 😨, almost flooding my room, and really running to our gate for departure.
Hahahah okay okay 😂 Korea wasn't all that bad, cause we saw real snow for the first time in our lives, made korean friends like Mr. Lee and Ahn, met nice Singaporean tourists like Aunty Carine and her daughter Jolyn and Swiss Chalet regular Boon ping, saw to die for landscapes in pyeongchang and namsan tower, ate glorious korean food like jjimdak, bibimbap, porridge and churros, learnt how to ski, visited an amazing dog cafe by chance, had a cozy guesthouse and a beautiful room in Swiss chalet to stay in and not forgetting that though we experienced a series of unfortunate events, we're safe and made it through! 😄
Loved the snow but for now, I'm thankful to be back here in our sunny island, not just cause of the sun, but more so cause of the people I've missed so much over the past 6 or 7 days..
It's one trip down for me, and two more to go! Can't wait to be in klang and bkk!😄
