I thank God for

1. Nice managers and friends in paragon
2. Japanese customers who are extremely polite
3. Customers who make you want to serve them another drink seeing how much they've enjoyed theirs
4. Customers who laugh and say its okay when you forgot to get them their side plate
5. Little children who smile and say thank you in the sweetest way possible when you serve them
6. Getting the chance to prepare warm choc cake, coupe cheesecake and profiteroles
7. Strawberry shortcakes and Sweet pleasures
8. Friends who come and find me at the outlet
9. Friends who call almost everyday to check on how i am
10. Friends who eat supper with me

I'm so blessed :D

i treasure and appreciate them,
because they keep me going.

anyway, im going to be transferred to suntec's bakerzin soon, next week monday to be exact.
lesser people, bigger space, dimmer lights.
i'll miss working at paragon, the nice friends, the nice chefs.

haha, i have a wonderful manager who brought medicated oil to rub my sprained hand today! :D
she took orders, served the food, cleared the tables, wiped the tables, topped up the water, washed the cloth, swept the floor.
i took orders, presented the billfolders, kept the billfolders.

she is a 好人 :D

was really really nervous before i reported for work today,
ive not been that nervous for a long time.
think over time in poly, ive become so dependent on my friends that i cant do things on my own without them.

working was really tiring,
my hands and feet are shouting for mercy.
but i had fun,
and i know i'll learn even more things in time to come.
i pray that everything will be alright,
and i know with God everything will be :D

on a side note, i really miss my friends.
especially phebe, i realised when i came home,
the first thing i did other than signing in to msn was to check her blog to see if she posted anything about exam results or about work.

(edited) at 11 plus, my best friend, CAI YINZHOU CAME OVER TO PASS ME HIS HANDMADE CARD.
was so touched, i almost burst into tears.
THANK YOU BFF. ps. smiley faces can be a little misleading (:

then it was surprise surprise by yining, xiuling, dingzhou and yangcheng at 1am near 2, they almost had me believing i had no surprise :D
though so many things happened along the way,
i thank you for your effort and i love you all so much.
we headed down to meet ivan at macs, cause it HIS BIRTHDAY TOO! :D


next morning, on 1st of september! i met up with the dearest people of my entire poly life.
met phebe at aljunied before we headed down to imm to meet radhiah.
they blindfolded me and brought me to cafe cartel, where i was surrrrrprised by shenn and wanxin!
i was like 'shit, they're going to zheng wo until i die today.'
they made me hook a big orange board around my neck and told me to approach 10 people to ask them to shake my hands, say happy birthday and take a photo with me. HUMILIATION!
that was not all, they then blindfolded me and brought me to snowcity! cold but fun. (and i know! i havent scanned the photos yet, donnnnnt scold me lahhh)
thank you dears, for your careful planning, for your brilliant ideas, for your time and for your company.
you know how much i love you :D
